What to send

Provisions requisition

  • Vessel name and IMO number.
  • Where the vessel will be (shipyard, wharf or other receiving point) and the date.
  • Each item with brand, pack size and quantity. Your own requisition format is fine.
  • Dietary needs and any certification you require, such as halal.
  • The minimum shelf life you accept, and whether alternatives are allowed.
  • Who receives the goods, and who approves the quote.

Repair job

  • Vessel name, type and IMO number.
  • The yard, and the vessel's dates there.
  • The job list or specification, with drawings or photos if you have them.
  • Owner or class requirements for the work.
  • Your contact on site.
